The JetScan™ MPS 4200 Series note sorter brings advanced currency processing to the tabletop with this eight-pocket sorter that can process over 16 notes per second! Highly accurate and easy to use, the 4200 Series note sorter combines vault-proven JetScan note processing technology with user-friendly features such as a mobile, height adjustable table with front work surface; advanced touch-screen technology with menu-driven operator prompts; and an auxiliary tactile numeric keypad for fast, easy entry of numeric data.

With the JetScan™ MPS 4200 Note Sorter:
- Fitness settings are user defined to detect and sort notes by soil, holes, tears, folded or missing corners, tape and limpness.
- Security is maximised through advanced counterfeit note detection methods, including infrared, magnetic, metal thread, fluorescence and ultraviolet.
- Process notes, as well as tickets and coupons, at speeds of 1,000 documents per minute. This speed is maintained when performing all functions of the note sorter, even when automatically facing notes.
- Seven sorting pockets and one offsort pocket each hold up to 300 notes. For versatility, multiple pockets can be used for the same denomination.
- The high-capacity feeder holds up to 1,000 notes and allows automatic continuous feeding for uninterrupted processing.
- Rejected notes are routed immediately to the offsort pocket for individual review and handling.
- Touch-screen monitor and tactile keypad simplify training and speed currency sorter operation.

- Continuous Feed Hopper -- Automatic continuous feeding with a capacity of 1,000 notes. Includes special separator paddles to handle multiple batches at the same time.
- Multiple Pockets -- Seven sorting pockets, each with a 300 note capacity. For versatility, multiple pockets can be used for the same denomination.
- Convenient Offsort Pocket -- Rejected notes are routed immediately to the offsort pocket for individual review and handling.
- Height-Adjustable Table -- A mobile, adjustable table provides a convenient front-of-machine work surface.
- Double Count -- As currency passes through the transport, each note is counted twice, ensuring count accuracy and verification.
- Automatic Facing -- Processes and automatically faces notes, without any reduction in operating speed.
- Adjustable Strap Stops -- Separate strap stop limits can be established for each denomination.
- User-Defined Sorting Modes -- Allows up to 8 pre-set sorting configurations, to speed transition when shifting between different currency handling operations.
- System Control -- The entire system is operated via a touch-screen monitor or you can use the tactile keypad to enter numbers and amounts. The JetTouch® operating software is menu driven with operator prompts and large, easy-to-read menu screens. Includes supervisor and operator password controls.
- Entry of Non-Currency Items -- Supports the entry and tracking of non-currency items such as coin, tickets, coupons, gift certificates, cheques, etc.
OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES
- In-Line Bar Code Scanning -- Captures up to four different types of bar coded documents/coupons/vouchers at a rate of 1,000 documents per minute. In a single pass, currency and bar coded documents are counted, sorted, and bar code data is captured and retained. In addition to sorting notes from bar coded documents, operators can sort/separate up to 4 different bar coded document types provided each has a unique identifying digit.
- External Bar Code Reader -- Allows bar-coded information to be input into data screens.
- Printer -- Optional thermal or dot matrix printer records transaction receipts and reports.
